Storm warning on Sunday

Police investigate two incidents

Evacuation alerts after forest fire
Forest fire warnings in the Vordereifel led to alerts for Langenfeld and Arft. Netterhöfe had already been evacuated. Authorities lifted the warnings for both places on 25 August 2026. 220 emergency personnel continue to secure the area.
